Updated resubmission dates

To give everyone a full week to work on resubmissions, homework resubmissions are now due at the beginning of class one week after the graded assignment is returned. The next few resubmission dates are:

• Homework 1: Monday, October 26 (as announced in class)
• Homework 2: Wednesday, October 28
• Homework 3: Wednesday, November 4
• Homework 4: Wednesday, November 11

Homework due dates have not changed. Also note that there is no class on Wednesday, November 25. The full schedule, with every due date, is on the Schedule page and in the updated syllabus.

Welcome to the course website

Since the Canvas site still isn't available, I've set up this page as our home for the semester. Everything you need will live here:

• Slides for each unit, posted as we go
• Homework assignments and, after resubmission, solutions
• Exams and review material
• The full syllabus and schedule

Bookmark this page and check it before each class.

There is no class today — the college is closed for the holiday. Two deadlines shift as a result:

• Homework 1 is now due Wednesday, October 14, at the beginning of class, rather than today.
• Homework 1 resubmissions are now due Wednesday, October 21, rather than Monday the 19th.

Homework 2 is still due Monday, October 19, and nothing later in the semester changes. Remember that each assignment may be resubmitted once — see the resubmission policy in the syllabus for the requirements.
